I even tried a new site with a plain WP Twenty Eleven template. Installed your plugin. Went over to Yubikey and obtained the API. It came back with a 4 digit and a long number below. On the login screen in WP I entered the static first 12 digits by pressing the key button. Later I tried by adding the API key ? number to these 12 digits. But that did not work either.
